Originating from Ukraine, heirloom, medium sized 3”-4” slightly flattened, dark red maroon beefsteak with deep green shoulders. Intense/robust flavor, slightly salty. My favorite of the black tomatoes I’ve grown. Amazing sliced, in salads, and cooked.
